Waxhaw mixes a historic downtown along the railroad tracks with master-planned communities like Millbridge and Cureton and estate homes on large lots off Providence Road South. Sound Advice installs home theaters, TVs, Wi-Fi, Starlink and smart home systems all over Waxhaw.
Big lots and long driveways bring their own challenges, especially internet. Many Waxhaw homes sit beyond good cable or fiber, and that's where we help most. We're open 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year, holidays included. Call or text 704-301-1170.
Starlink for Waxhaw Acreage
If your home is on a few acres outside town, Starlink is often the fastest internet you can get. We mount the dish for a clear view of the sky, run a clean cable and pair it with a UniFi network that covers the whole property. See our Starlink installation in Charlotte page for details.
Luxury Home Theater
Large Waxhaw homes often have a dedicated theater, a basement media room or a bonus room just waiting for one. Every home theater we build is tuned to the room and runs from one simple remote.
TV Mounting
We mount TVs in great rooms, over stone fireplaces and in barns and workshops. We offer professional TV mounting with hidden wiring, including brick and stone fireplaces.
UniFi Whole-Home Wi-Fi
Large lots need Wi-Fi that reaches the barn, the pool and the detached garage. We build UniFi networks with wired access points and point-to-point links across the property.
Starlink Internet
In rural Waxhaw, Starlink is often the primary connection. Closer to town, it's a reliable backup that takes over automatically when your cable or fiber goes down. Learn more about our Starlink installation in Charlotte.
Lutron Motorized Shades
Lutron shades control sun and privacy in big windows and sunrooms, all from a keypad or your phone.
Video Walls and Business AV
Shops and restaurants in downtown Waxhaw use us for TVs, music and digital menu displays. We install conference rooms, background music and video walls and digital signage.
Backyard and Pool Tech
Outdoor TVs, landscape speakers and Wi-Fi for pools, patios and fire pits on big Waxhaw lots. See our backyard and pool tech services.

Can you get Wi-Fi to my barn or detached garage?
Yes. We use buried cable or a point-to-point wireless bridge to bring the network to outbuildings.
Do you work in Millbridge and Cureton?
Yes. We serve all of Waxhaw, from downtown to Millbridge, Cureton and acreage homes.
