Home Theater & Smart Home Installation in Foxcroft

Foxcroft, near SouthPark, is a neighborhood of established estates and substantial custom homes. Owners here often want technology that performs at a high level while staying out of sight.

For 20 years, Sound Advice has been the locally owned choice for Charlotte homeowners who want audio, video and networking done properly. We are based at 1235 East Boulevard, an easy drive to Foxcroft.

Luxury Home Theater

Our luxury home theater work ranges from refined living-room systems with hidden speakers to dedicated theaters with tiered seating, acoustic treatment and a calibrated picture.

TV Mounting, Including Brick and Stone

We specialize in mounting TVs where it is hardest to do well. That includes TV mounting on brick and stone fireplaces, built-in cabinetry and frame-style TVs that hang flush like artwork. See our TV mounting service for details.

Lutron Motorized Shades

Lutron motorized shades bring quiet, precise light control to large windows and hard-to-reach glass, and they integrate with your lighting so a single scene sets the whole room.

UniFi Whole-Home Wi-Fi

We design Ubiquiti UniFi networks that cover the main house, guest quarters and outdoor spaces, with wired backbones for the most reliable performance.

Starlink Internet

Working from home makes a dropped connection more than an inconvenience. We install Starlink to combine with, or replace, your existing internet, using dual-WAN failover so your network switches over automatically. The goal is 100% whole-property coverage. Sound Advice was one of the first Charlotte contractors to offer professional Starlink installation. Video Walls

We also install video walls and digital signage for commercial clients and executive offices.

Smart Home

Lighting, climate, shades, music, TVs and cameras can all work together. We set up systems that are easy to use day to day and easy for us to support.

Open 365 Days a Year

Unlike many installers, we do not close for holidays. We are open 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM every day of the year, so help is a call away.
