Sound Advice Policies:
All returns must be made within 30 days of your order. To obtain authorization, please call 866-520-0067 Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, fax us at 954-563-8966 or email help@soundadvice.com. For a On-Line order please email to ross@soundadvice.com
All merchandise returned must be UNOPENED in the original packaging. Once the merchandise is received, your account will be credited less any shipping cost and 15% restocking fee, unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
No returns on the following:
- Headphones {Worn or Opened}
- Custom made cables of any kind
Return Fees apply as specified below:
- Shipping charges may be applied to merchandise exchanges.
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
- All returns will be processed within 72 hours of being received.
- International customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs as well as related custom fees imposed by their country for returns.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: It is best to contact us by phone 866-520-0067 as in stock items are shipped the same day for orders received by 1PM EST. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it following the instructions above. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
REFUSAL of DELIVERIES: Refusal of shipments will be handled like a return in accordance with our return policy, unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved. Shipping fees and/or freight charges are non-refundable.
SHIPPING SERVICES: Sound Advice uses FedEx, USPS {US Mail}, UPS and for all packages. Shipping charges are determined by size, weight, its destination and may require a signature. Special services i.e. Overnight, Saturday delivery, Canadian and International orders may incur additional shipping costs due to size, weight and destination.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: No refunds on Special Orders.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, a refund will be issued less shipping cost. Shipping and handling fee will apply to reshipment.
WARRANTY SERVICE: All products sold by Sound Advice have a full manufactures warranty. All extended warranties beyond the manufacturers warranty are covered by Warrantech.
